President Goodluck Jonathan on Friday sacked the Group Managing Director, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Mr. Andrew Yakubu. The President appointed Dr. Joseph Dawha as Yakubu’s replacement. He also appointed Mr. Anthony Ugonna Muoneke as the new Managing Director of NPDC.
Mr. Dawha is from Borno State and his appointment is seen as a political move by President Jonathan.
